Mayor and Council February Work Session

The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a work session on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 9am at Carrollton City Hall, 315 Bradley Street, Carrollton GA 30117. 

The purpose of the Work Session is to vote on an ARPA Subrecipient Grant IGA agreement with Carroll County, discuss a rezoning request at 655 Columbia Drive (M-2 to M-1), discuss a special use permit request at 33 Brock Street (allowance of a Residential Townhome Community), discuss a bid award for a new fire station on Centennial Drive, discuss City of Carrollton cemetery lot prices, discuss a downtown development plan revision, discuss Magna Decostar Expansion, discuss Health Dept inspections, discuss recycling services, discuss lifeguards, review board appointments for the Arts Commission and the Library Board as well as the FY21 audit presentation for March, be provided a City Manager Report and have an Executive Session on real estate.   

The work session will be streamed via Zoom, please email hbeaver@carrollton-ga.gov for the meeting ID. A summary of the work session will be posted on the City website within 48 hours after the meeting.
