Initiated by the Mayor and Council in fall 2016, the Little Free Pantry Program provides access to non-perishable items to those in need within our community. Anyone can donate items and anyone can take items.

What to donate:

Non-perishable grocery items, personal hygiene products, paper products, baby items (baby food, diapers, lotion, soap, wipes) and kid-friendly items (crayons, coloring books, pencils, school supplies). Please ensure all donated items are not expired, dented or damaged.
Please note: During the summer, due to the hot temperatures, we ask that you only donate dry goods, personal hygiene products, paper products and kid-friendly items.

How to become a sponsor or donate:

Each Little Free Pantry location is sponsored by a group/individual or organization for one year. At the conclusion of each sponsor’s term, additional help or sponsorship will be needed. However, anyone can donate items to the Little Free Pantries at anytime.

Please remember to check your pantry often for expired items, as anyone can donate. Also report any physical damage to my attention and we will have repairs made as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that demand outsources supply, so the boxes will not always be full. This program would not be successful without your support and generosity. THANK YOU!

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or for more information on this program, please contact City Hall at 770-830-2000 or email lcampbell@carrollton-ga.gov.

LFP Resource Cards: At the suggestion of Councilmember Gerald Byrd, we compiled a list of helpful community resources and their phone numbers and placed them on cards inside of each pantry.
