The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a work session on Thursday, January 20 at 9am at Carrollton City Hall, 315 Bradley Street, Carrollton GA 30117. The purpose of the Work Session is to discuss the award of a BJA Connect & Protect Grant to the City of Carrollton, vote on Resolution 01-2022 – Authorization for Use of the Georgia Redevelopment Powers Law, vote on Resolution 02-2022 Local Redistricting Map, vote on Mayor Pro Tem, review a rezoning request at 118 Lyle Way, discuss Mayfair Apartment Expansion/Skinner Rd, city cemetery lot prices, discuss ARPA funds and have an Executive Session on real estate.
The work session will be streamed via Zoom, please email hbeaver@carrollton-ga.govfor the meeting ID. A summary of the work session will be posted on the City website within 48 hours after the meeting.
