Public Works maintains and improves the city’s infrastructure. The department installs water and sewer utility lines, repairs water leaks and sewer backups, makes water and sewer taps and provides system maintenance. They also repair and maintain streets, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, public rights-of-way, drainage ditches and provide residential and commercial garbage collection.
