The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a budget retreat on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 12pm – 6pm, Friday, April 22, 2022, from 8am – 4pm and Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 7am to 12pm. A Work Session will be held during the budget retreat on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. Both the budget retreat and work session will be at Legacy Lodge on Lake Lanier, 7000 Lanier Islands Pkwy, Buford GA 30518.
The purpose of the Budget Retreat and Work Session is to review and prepare for the FY23 Budget, discuss a rezoning request at 404 & 408 West Avenue, discuss 2022 Zoning Map Adoption, discuss West Ga Tech College Agreement, discuss City park rentals/special events, vote on a Food Truck Court application at 1111 Bankhead Hwy, discuss board appointments for the Historic Preservation Commission, discuss upcoming year strategic planning and have an Executive Session.
