The Carrollton Fire Department recently announced the following promotions: Allen English was promoted to Fire Chief, Bill Lambert was promoted to Deputy Fire Chief, Brian Daniel was promoted to Battalion Chief, Steve Daniel was promoted to Captain, Billy Paradise was promoted to Lieutenant and Joseph Sanders was promoted to Driver/Engineer.
