Thank you for choosing the Carrollton GreenBelt Trail for your event. The Carrollton Parks and Recreation Department puts every effort into providing a clean, functional, and beautiful location for our users. In return, we ask that you review the below General Rental Rules and that your organization and event attendees leave the trail and its amenities in a clean condition.
We encourage you to walk through your selected venue a week prior to your event to check for any issues you may encounter. Please report any concerns with the outdoor spaces to the Parks Director, Kent Johnston. Please have a Building Supervisor assigned to the specific location assist you with any additional needs you may have if using one of the indoor facilities.
It is our sincere desire that your group makes full use of it and enjoys the amenities provided!
General Rental Rules:
If your event utilizes any portion of the GreenBelt, you must abide by the guidelines within this contract and by GreenBelt Trail Rules (available at Trailheads and online at CarrolltonGreenBelt.com)
The GreenBelt Trail, Lakeshore Walking Track, Lakeshore Park, Lumpkin Drive, Believers Blvd, or any adjacent facilities will not be closed at any time. Please respect that other patrons will likely be on the trail during your event.
Existing programs will not be canceled to accommodate GreenBelt events.

When your event is over, please make sure all your decorations, food, etc. are removed.

Actions that cause damage to natural resources and facilities, as well as actions that cause unreasonable disturbances or unsafe conditions for visitors are not permitted.
You may not mark the trail in any way – if you need to turn runners around use cones and staff pointers.
