Visiting Author Series: Nancy Richards Farese Luncheon with Author

Enjoy a luncheon with author/photographer/writer/entrepreneur Nancy Richards Farese, a Carrollton native who currently lives in California. Her creative process is grounded in storytelling and social impact, promoting visual storytelling as an essential tool for good. She is an award-winning documentary photographer whose work documents and promotes the value of play. She collaborates with international development organizations including the UN High Commission on Refugees, CARE USA and the Carter Center. Farese is the author of Potential Space; A Serious Look at Child’s Play and the founder of CatchLight, a visual-first media organization. She is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School and was a fellow at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy. Sponsored by Tee and Dana Reeve.
