This winter season, shop small and shop downtown. Receive a stamp on your passport for every $10 spent at participating businesses between January 13 – March 21. Each stamp equals one entry towards prizes including Downtown Dollars, gift cards, show tickets, merchandise and more!
Pick up your passport at any of the businesses listed or at the Downtown Carrollton office at 204A Adamson Square.

Get your passport stamped for every $10 you spend at a participating business.
Drop your stamped passport card off at the Downtown Carrollton office at 204A Adamson Square.
Punch and initial one block for every $10 spent on the customer’s passport card. (Ex: Customer spends $42 means you stamp and initial 4 blocks)
We will provide each merchant a hole punch to use. If you lose your punch, please contact downtown@carrollton-ga.gov to request a new one.
Each stamped block must also have an employee’s initials. All initials will be verified on winning passports.
Do I need to fill my whole passport card before turning it in?
Nope! Every stamp is one entry so the more stamps you get, the more entries you have to win.
How many passport cards can I get?
As many as you need! Get more passport cards at the Downtown Carrollton office or any participating retailer.
Make a qualifying purchase at any participating downtown business on Small Business Saturday, November 30, to receive a limited-edition small town Christmas shirt or Carrollton hat while supplies last. See the list of participants below.
