The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a work session on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 9:00 am at Carrollton City Hall, 315 Bradley Street, Carrollton GA 30117. The purpose of the Work Session is to review a rezoning & special use permit request at 115 Battey Street from M-1 to M-2 with an allowance of a recycling sorting facility, review a rezoning request at 120 Columbia Dr from M-1 to C-2, review an annexation and rezoning request on Spring Road (53 acres) from County to Residential PD, discuss Mayfair apartment expansion, discuss a bid award for Dixie Street sewer project, discuss food truck court annual review, discuss public comments, discuss floating holiday, discuss recycling, discuss city’s election superintendent, discuss board appointments for the planning commission, discuss 2022 Mayor & Council Calendar and have an Executive Session on real estate.
The work session will be streamed via Zoom, please email hbeaver@carrollton-ga.gov for the meeting ID. A summary of the work session will be posted on the City website within 48 hours after the meeting.
