Vendor Guidelines

All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. 

If approved, you will receive notice of approval via email. Please do not call asking if you have been accepted. All accepted vendors will be notified via the email address listed on application. Please be sure you have access to the email address listed on your application at all times. Your application could be discarded if we cannot contact you via email.

CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL ENTERED DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. Your card will NOT be charged unless you are accepted.

2025 Mayfest Vendor Fees:
$150 single-space (10’x10’) 
$200 double-space (10’x20’) 
$250 food truck/trailer (30’ max length)

Approved vendors will be charged upon acceptance. No check or cash payments will be accepted.

Vendor Rules and Criteria:

    1. There are three applications: Arts and Craft, Non-Profit and Food Trucks.
      • Arts and Craft vendors: Must have handmade or handcrafted items. A limited number of vendors per category will be accepted. No generators are allowed.
      • Food truck/trailer vendors: Must be housed in a food truck or trailer and are subject to city permit requirements. Submit a copy of your business license and ServSafe certification with application. Must supply own water and generator.
      • Non-Profits: A very limited number of non-profit organizations will be accepted. Non-profits will only be located on Amp Alley and must have a kid’s giveaway, activity or craft. Proof of non-profit status from IRS must be provided with application.
    2. Gourmet food (canned goods, bakery items, spices, etc.) applicants should complete an Arts and Crafts application. Must have a current Cottage Food or Department of Agriculture License and must post a copy of their license in their booth. 
    3. Items not permitted: promo items, boutique clothing, cosmetics (makeup, lip gloss, etc.), CBD products, t-shirts, screen printed/vinyl applied apparel/items, metal tumblers.
    4. No trailers may be left in or around booth space.
    5. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables and chairs.
    6. New: White or black tents are required at all City of Carrollton events.
    7. Electricity is not provided.
    8. Applicants may request a booth location but final placement is at our discretion. There are no saved, reserved or held locations year-over-year.
