Vendor Guidelines

No check or cash payments will be accepted. Booth fees are non-refundable. This includes vendor dropouts.

All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. 

If approved, you will receive notice of approval via email. Please do not call asking if you have been accepted. All accepted vendors will be notified via the email address listed on application. Please be sure you have access to the email address listed on your application at all times. Your application could be discarded if we cannot contact you via email.

2025 Art & Craft Vendor Fees:
$150 single-space (10’x10’)
$185 single-space on Adamson Square (10’x10′)
No double booths available for 2025.

If accepted, vendors will be able to select and pay for your booth location on a first-come first-served basis. Vendors will be accepted on a rolling basis based on quality and variety of product shown in submitted photos.

    1. Arts and craft vendors must have handmade or handcrafted items.
    2. A limited number of vendors per category will be accepted.
    3. No generators allowed. 
    4. Each booth space is 10’x10′ No double booth spaces are available this year.
    5. Gourmet food (canned goods, sauces, spices, etc.) applicants should complete an Arts and Crafts application. Must have a current cottage food or Department of Agriculture license and must post a copy of their license in their booth.
    6. Electricity is not provided.
    7. No trailers may be left in or around booth space.
    8. Vendors must provide their own white or black tent, tables and chairs.
    9. All items requested to be sold during the show must be listed on the application.
    10. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying Georgia sales tax.
    11. This is not a “buy-sell” show.  Manufactured items or commercially packaged products will not be permitted (this includes but is not limited to: mass produced ceramics, clothing, purses, etc.).
    12. Items not permitted: promo items, boutique clothing, cosmetics (makeup, lip gloss, etc.), CBD products, t-shirts, screen printed/vinyl applied apparel/items, metal tumblers.
    13. Application must include: 1 current photo of the exhibitor’s booth and at least 4 photos of the items intended to be sold during the show.  ALL exhibitors must submit photos, even if they have submitted and been accepted in the past.
    14. Accepted vendors will be assigned a load-in window based on the location selected. This will be communicated weeks prior with the first wave beginning at approximately 6am.

2025 Food Truck Vendor Fee:
$250 food truck (30’ max length)

All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit vendors at our discretion. Due to load-in logistics, preference will be given to food trucks over food trailers. 

Accepted vendors will need to complete a Food Truck Permit application for the City of Carrollton. The $150 permit fee will be waived. 

    1. Must be housed in a food truck and are subject to city permit requirements.
    2. Submit a copy of your business license and ServSafe certification with application.
    3. Must supply own water and generator.
    4. Electricity is not provided.
    5. If in a trailer, you must detach from your vehicle.
    6. Accepted vendors will be assigned a load-in window based on the location selected. This will be communicated weeks prior with the first wave beginning at approximately 6am.
    7. Food trucks will need to have a current inspection with the Carrollton Fire Marshal. This is non-negotiable and inspections from other municipalities/counties will not be accepted. 

2025 Non-Profit Vendor Fee:
$125 single table (6′)

All applications will be reviewed and must meet event criteria to participate. We reserve the right to deny or limit non-profits at our discretion. 

Non-Profit vendors will NOT be allowed to use a tent. 

    1. An extremely limited number of non-profit organizations will be accepted.
    2. Non-profits will only be located at the Amp and must have a kid’s activity or craft. 
    3. Non-profits will not be allowed to use a tent.
    4. Non-profits must supply one 6′ table and stay within their allotted space. Do not plan to use space to either side of your table.
    5. Proof of non-profit status from IRS must be provided with application.
    6. Electricity is not provided.
    7. Accepted vendors must load-in between 6:30am-7:00am sharp.
