The Carrollton Center for the Arts has a variety of rentable spaces available for hosting performances, concerts, recitals, weddings, group meetings, conferences and other special events.
Booking priority is given to events presented in-house by the CCA. Theater rentals are not available June – July or October – December.

Rental Rates
Rental rates are calculated on the individual needs of each event, including length of time and staffing requirements. See below for base rates. Complete the rental quote form below for your specific event’s pricing.
- Theater Performances, Concerts and Recitals: $1,250 full day (10 hours) / $750 half day (5 hours), plus technical fees, $500 refundable security deposit.
- Weddings, Receptions and Group Meetings: $1250 full day (10 hours) / $750 half day (5 hours), plus technical fees if applicable.
- Classrooms / Conference Room: $500 (8 hours) / $300 half day (4 hours)
- Additional fees apply for additional hours, event coordination, technical staff/support, linens, etc.
