The City of Carrollton Mayor and Council will hold a work session on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 9am at Carrollton City Hall, 315 Bradley Street, Carrollton, GA.
The purpose of the Work Session is to vote on the 2021 election qualifying fee schedule and discuss the following items: the midtown water park, pickleball courts, rezoning request for The District @ Carrollton Square located at the intersections of N. Cliff Street, Johnson Ave & West Reese Street, a rezoning request for Local Ties Brewing Company at 302 City Hall Avenue, a bid award for the GreenBelt – UWG College of Business Project and a bid award for the UWG Strozier Parking Lot Improvements Project. The work session will be streamed via Zoom, please email hbeaver@carrollton-ga.gov for the meeting ID. A summary of the work session will be posted on the City website within 48 hours after the meeting.
