Zoning Verification Letters only contain the zoning and applicable uses for requested properties.
Additional information such as Certificate of Occupancy, approved site plans, code violations, zoning conditions and applicable future development standards are considered additional research.
Additional research will be billed at the hourly rate of the person performing the request, with the first 15 minutes free of charge.
Please do not send payment for the request until the request is completed.
